This card from our online shop might look very zen, but putting it together was more like solving a series of brainteasers. We used a few tricks that you don’t see in most whiteboard videos and which we were experimenting with for the first time:

1. Layering videos, as we did when we showed falling snow through the open window.
2. Showing two hands on-screen at the same time to create a feeling of teamwork and collaboration.
3. Making the music play a larger role in the video, timing each voice with the movement of a specific hand as if each person is scatting as they do their part to decorate this cozy living room.
